1. Introduction

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can return items purchased from us, and the circumstances in which refunds will be issued.

2. Right to Cancel (Non‑Personalised Products)

If you purchase a non‑personalised product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email or post) within the 14‑day period.
  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

We will refund the full purchase price (including the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Exclusions – Personalised or Custom‑Made Products

Please note that under UK law, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods that are made to your specifications, or
  • Clearly personalised items (e.g., products printed with your name, logo, or custom design).

For this reason, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or not as described.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
